  • Smoke can be seen as I arrive shortly after Lakewood Fire Department gets there.

  • You can see the smoke. Firefighters have entered the hous, while others climb on to the porch roof.

  • All of us non-fire would see the smoke in the attic and think fire in the attic.

  • Fire fighters on the roof start to break the glass so they can enter and or get water onto the fire.

  • As glass rains down on the firefighters look at the windows they are standing in front of. Dark

  • Keep you eye on it.

  • Suddenly the entire room burst into flame.

  • Engulfing the room and...

  • making it very unsafe for the two figre fighters.

  • As they leave smoke billows out.

  • Then the house errupts in flame.

  • Even with fire fighters getting water on it, it is consumed within minutes of Fire errupting.

  • As the smoke turns from black to white, indictating water on thie fire you can start to see how fast smoke can turn into nightmares.

  • At the back of the house you can see smoke pouring out the window that were also broken to allow smoke out and firefighters with water in.

  • Water shoots out back window as fire fighters wet down the walls and room.

  • At one point all of these fire fighters was in the house!

  • As water finally starts to do its job, firw fighters grab some air, new air tanks and get ready to go back in.

  • After the fire you can see the damge.

  • The fire looks like it could have started in the basement, moved across the first floor, and up the walls. Which explains the smoke pouring out of the attic and roof vents. Which is why the entire house errupted in flame suddenly with fir fighters inside.

  • The multiple points of the story. 1) Be safe 2) Everytime a firefighter answers a call, it could be a house that suddenly engulfs them all in flame, not just frying pan fire. i have never seen them hesitate for a second, answering calls, going in first and fast.
Luckily no one in the house, and no fire fighters injured.
Thank you Lakewood Fire And Police.
