Why is the city putting in new parking meters with the old style plain slips over the core pole? If we are doing a new streetscape and wish to make the densist city in Ohio bike friendly, putting in bike slips. These slip over the parking meter poles and have a circle welded to them so that bikes can be locked to them. One device two functions...... comments. ???? Council??? Mayor???? MAMA???
