The Observation Deck

ISO a handyman to do some carpentry work on the exterior of a Lakewood home. The house needs to cap off a decorative trim piece before winter sets in to prevent the potential entry of animals. The project calls for a high ladder, as it's at the peak of a 2.5-story home. The area in need of work is easily accessible on the driveway side.
