LO_20-22 On The Streets And Online - Let's Give Thanks
This issue is filled with things to do this holiday season, including a schedule of events for Lakewood’s big end of the year party, Light Up Lakewood, this December 7th!
Here we are, already headed into the the end of the year. It seems like only yesterday we were announcing the start of 2024 with all the hope and enthusiasm each new year brings. Now as we stop to give thanks, I hope it all worked out as you had hoped. No matter, it is almost time to do it all over again.
But first Thanksgiving. I would like to thank all the readers and participants in the Lakewood Observer Project. A special thanks to our advertisers and supporters that realize, a local community paper is a good thing. This year we have added another 101 people and businesses that have joined this project. Putting their stories to paper, literally. OR have sent in photos, poems, Observations and more.
I believe this fall and new year will bring many changes, not just to the country, but here at the Lakewood Observer.
Have a great Thanksgiving, see you in a couple weeks.
You can pick up this issue at over 100 locations around town, including most stores, and large apartment mail rooms, OR you can download the digital version here:
