Roundstone Gets Lake Road Address?

Postby Jim O'Bryan » Mon Mar 20, 2023 7:47 am

Last night I received a late night call from a friend in Rocky River that claimed she knew of the location of the new Roundstone Building. Now I know there have been talks trying to save the deal, but a Rocky River property package came together with the work of a couple developers, and when added together it would seem the plans and the footprint could be the Roundstone location.

In Lakewood at best a condo "owner" unless Lakewoodites would have lost millions more on top of the #283 million+ Lakewoodites have already lost on the Holespital. AKA known as "The biggest blunder in Lakewood government" referring to the city taking a $ for their stake in the only growing industry in America, health care for retail.

Oh no! Cravings is my favorite Thai place. I’ll be bummed if they don’t find a new spot.

another "cookie cutter" development . . notice how most of the new apartment buildings going up look essentially the same with a few minor facade changes?

Commercial office building or another high density condo complex? I'm confused.

Look at the document, commercial.

I do find it interesting that the building carries no markings, and retains an old dirty structure at one of the front corners.

FWIW
