Tai Chi Easy on Zoom

Join Tai Chi Easy Certified Practice Leader Mike Reiling, from the comfort of your home to experience the centering and energizing benefits of Tai Chi through relaxed breathing and gentle movements. Tai Chi Easy is a mind-body experience adaptable to all levels of physical fitness. Taped sessions will be available for those who cannot make the scheduled time. Cost: A $5 – $10 donation is requested for each session with all donations going to the ministry of Centering Space. Change is the only constant, from a world-wide pandemic to our reckoning with our racist history, from concerns about healthcare to climate change, there are challenges everywhere. Hospice of the Western Reserve Volunteer Opportunities

Are you looking for a way to help individuals in your community? Are you willing to engage with homebound patients and families by phone or by mail? Consider becoming a Hospice of the Western Reserve Volunteer. We also need volunteers to serve as receptionists at Ames House and David Simpson Hospice House and our Headquarters office on St. Clair Ave, Cleveland. Other opportunities include: Veterans Serving Veterans, Attorney, and Notary Volunteers. Two virtual training series are held every month for new volunteers. The next virtual volunteer training series will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, May 4, 6, 11, 13 from 1-4 pm or Mondays and Wednesdays, May 10, 12, 17, and 19 from 5:30 – 8:30 pm. Volunteers who complete virtual training will be able to provide in-person visits when it is deemed safe.

Prayer occurs weekly and repeats Wednesday afternoon at 1:30 PM and Wednesday evening at 7 PM Register with Centering Space to receive the ZOOM link. Donations support our ministry.
