2021 Cuyahoga County Solar Co-op Online Info Session

Join the 2021 Cuyahoga County Solar Co-op
The Cuyahoga County Department of Sustainability and Solar United Neighbors of Ohio (a nonprofit solar advocacy group) have partnered to give county residents an opportunity to save on the cost of going solar by joining the Cuyahoga County Solar Co-op. Co-op members save money by negotiating below market group pricing. Ninety-nine consumers participated in our most recent solar co-op. In addition to existing tax credit’s they will save from 10% to 15% on the cost of going solar. Membership is free with no obligation.

This is a great opportunity to learn about the financial incentives and savings offered by this new environmentally friendly technology.
Topics will include:
* The 22% Federal Solar Tax Credit.
* How to find out if your home is right for solar.
* Using Cuyahoga County’s low interest HELP Loan Program to purchase a solar system.
* Technical advances and typical industry warranties.
* The cost of adding storage batteries or an electric car charging port.
