Coping with Grief During the Holidays

Join Carrie Nicholas and Erin Hout, Bereavement Counselors at Holy Family Hospice, as we offer support and tips on how to cope with the holidays while grieving a loss. The holidays are a special time of year where family and friends come together in celebration and tradition. They can also be a poignant reminder of a loved one who has passed or other losses that we are grieving. Often, we find ourselves just going through the motions. However, the holidays can also be a time of hope, offering us opportunities and tools to heal from our loss. Donations benefit Centering Space.
