Radically Rethinking Your Social Media for a Better World

The event's keynote speaker is Thomas Mulready. As the creator of Cool Networks LLC, Mulready leads a multimedia network utilizing blogs, podcasts, videos, e-blasts, and mobile apps to promote economic development, arts, culture and technology in Northeast Ohio under the flagship CoolCleveland. After creating the Performance Art Festival+Archives, he co-founded the Ingenuity Festival of Art and Technology, and has served as Senior Vice President of National City Bank and worked at Management Recruiters International, Richardson-Vicks, and Campbell Soup.

In addition to our keynote, a panel of local experts will share experiences and best practices. Attendees will benefit from the insights and expertise of panelists Jennifer Trivelli, Director, Content Marketing, of the Cleveland Foundation; Candace Benson, Founder and Owner of TecKnoWorld, LLC / Camp Tech Inc.; and Madison Letizia, Director Of Communications, thunder::tech.

Leading Hands Through Technology and The Workmen's Circle Educational Center - Ohio District (WCEC), both Cleveland-based non-profit organizations will present this interactive and educational virtual conference.

The event, supported by the Better World Division (Social Action Committee) of WCEC, is open to the public. Registration fee is $10, plus administrative fees.

The event also features opportunities for on-line networking.

Full participation in "Radically Rethinking Your Social Media for a Better World" is applicable for 2.25 points in Category 1.B – Education of the CFRE International application for initial certification and/or recertification.
