Previously Heaven & Earth Yoga, Westside Yoga Studio is set to open it's doors with a Studio opening celebration on Friday Oct 10th from 6-9 PM. Please save the date as we are opening the doors to the community for all to attend and share in the joy and festivities. Come and see this lovely renovated space, meet the wonderful yoga instructors and find out the details for the new class schedule. Plan for a fun enjoyable evening of socializing and munching on savory vegetarian treats. Our new home is located at 17100 Detroit Ave corner of Bonnieview, across from Jonny Malloy's Gepetto's.

Renovations are currently underway to make this studio a warm, friendly and relaxing home away from home for everyone. A separate lounge area is being created to offer a soft, quiet place for you to relax your body and mind, read, sit quietly, chat with friends, meditate or just have a nice cup of hot tea.

We intend of offer all classical yoga styles to appeal to every type of student from beginner to advanced practitioner. Styles of yoga being offered are Juicy Power Vinyasa Flow, Moderate Vinyasa Flow, Anusara Inspired Levels 1&2 "Universal Principals of Alignment" in a Vinyasa Style Format & Asthanga and Sivananda Yoga with a Twist of Bikram. We also intend to offer specialty classes for The Stiff, Sore Athlete; a perfect cross-training stretch class for Runners, Cyclists, Trialthetes etc. Therapeutic Yoga Classes and Yoga Therapy in private instruction will also be an emphasis for healing bodies with limitations from chronic or acute disease, injury and pain. Lastly, we will be offering Tibetan Buddhist teachings and meditation classes and workshops in the technique of Shamatha/Vipashyana, which is Mindfulness/Awareness Meditation.
