On many occasions, you have pulled into a parking lot in Lakewood, Ohio and come back to find out that Bakers Towing has nabbed your car again.

For example, last night I was driving from downtown to Lakewood. On the drive, the State Park Rangers pulled over a car and guess what? He was drinking and driving. Ohio has the Nation's toughest DUI policy. This guy will end up paying $4,000 - $5,000 to get out of trouble.
