Epic Basket Raffle To Benefit LHS Girls’ Volleyball

 If you love a good basket raffle with great themes and prizes, this is your golden opportunity

The Lakewood Girls’ Volleyball Fundraiser will have over 35 baskets at their annual fundraiser at Vosh Nightclub on October 18th from 6-8 p.m. Tickets are $25 in advance, $30 at the door, and includes one drink ticket, valet parking, light appetizers, and a waived cover charge for the live music at the raffle’s conclusion. Some of the featured baskets, all valued at a minimum of $100, with many over $200 in value, include:

  • Custom corn hole boards and professional league certified cornhole bags provided by the Westshore Construction Trades program at Lakewood High School
  • Dinner and drinks at Bistro on the Main
  • A night’s stay at the Renaissance

  • An Ohio sports fanatic gift basket
  • An all around Lakewood basket
  • Gone to the Dogs basket

Dozens of Lakewood and local retailers and restaurants have stepped up to support this raffle with significant prizes that have a local flair, including gift certificates from:

The parent committee organizing the even said that, “Special thanks goes to Vosh Nightclub for their assistance in making this annual event a possibility, as well as Slife Heating and Cooling as an event sponsor.”

The funds raised by the event will support:

  • Valuable training for players on all teams with college-level coaches
  • Improved & updated equipment for middle school athletes 2020
  • Reduced fees for Varsity camp 2020
  • Attendance for Varsity team at a college-level away camp 2020
