Lunch And Adapted Jazzercise In The Park

The Lakewood Division of Aging and the Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities are combining forces to offer an exciting new fitness opportunity. Beginning in October 2018, there will be a free adapted Jazzercise class offered at the Woman's Club Pavilion at Lakewood Park. Taught by a certified Jazzercise instructor, this program will combine a cardio workout with fun and lively music from today and yesterday. This is an adapted program, so participants can be seated or standing, depending on their needs and limitations. Push yourself as much or as little as you need; there are no judgements here.

As an added incentive, plan on joining us for a healthy chicken salad lunch beforehand. The Division of Aging will be serving lunch at 1:15 PM, which will give us enough time to eat and get ready for the class. Come and make new friends, while taking charge of your health and wellness.

Adapted Jazzercise With Lunch will begin on Friday, October 5th, at 1:15 PM, and will be held on the first and third Fridays, beginning in November. All sessions will be held at the Woman's Pavilion at Lakewood Park. Call the Division of Aging Activities Office at 216-529-5005 for more information or to make a lunch reservation.
