Library Fun For Minecraft Fans

Is your child a Minecraft fan? I bet they are. Minecraft is a crazy-creative cube world where adventure abounds, architecture arises, and the only limit is your own imagination. A gameworld randomized for every player and fully customizable. It looks simple but Minecraft can become fairly complex for those brave enough to plumb its depths. If the youngsters in your family are total blockheads, have explored every crevice of the Overworld, the Nether and the End, confronted the Ender Dragon and lived to tell about it, if they’re true Minecraft Explorers then come join us for six weeks of Minecraft themed crafts, games and other activities.

Minecraft Explorers is for kids entering 3rd through 5th grade and will be held Thursdays from July 13 to August 17, 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. in the Lakewood Public Library Multipurpose room. Registration is required and space is limited so please call the Lakewood Public Library Children’s & Youth Services Area at (216) 226-8275 ext. 140 to sign up.

Nicka Petruccio is a librarian at the Lakewood Public Library in the Children & Youth Services Department.
