Wildcats Top Eagles in State Championship Rematch

  • Rugby is a spring sport, but 50 degree weather and rain made it feel like football weather. A large, hungry crowd kept the Wildcat Cafe grill busy.

  • The game was played hard, but clean. This Wildcat suffered a cut above the eye during the first half. He was treated and eventually re-entered the game.

  • The sport of rugby and both participating schools emphasize good sportsmanship. In that spirit, the teams shake hands and commend each other after the game.
