Scotts PITCH HIT & RUN Comes to Lakewood

The Lakewood Recreation Department is hosting the Scotts Major League Baseball® PITCH HIT & RUN™ Competition at the First Federal Lakewood Stadium on Sunday, May 7th, beginning at 8 a.m

According to the registration form, the PITCH HIT & RUN® competition provides youngsters, ages 7-14, an opportunity to participate in an exciting baseball/softball skills competition. Age is determined as of July 17th.

The program is intended to encourage youth participation and emphasize the “fun” element of baseball/softball. Since there is no registration fee, everyone has the opportunity to participate.

Participants will compete in pitching, hitting and running to accumulate a total score based on his/her performance. Champions at the local level advance to a Sectional Competition.

All participants must provide a copy of a valid birth certificate for age verification at all levels and complete the Official Registration Form. Register at the Recreation Department.
