Tri-C’s Westshore Campus Looks At Power Of Gratitude

The Westshore Campus of Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C) will focus on harnessing the power of gratitude during its “Learning for Life” lecture series at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 18.

The free program — “The Importance of Gratitude” — features author and speaker Lisa Ryan. She will discuss how gratefulness can make a positive difference in your life and those around you.

The lecture is free and open to the public, with no reservation required. The event will take place in the Westshore Campus Atrium, 31001 Clemens Road in Westlake.

Ryan has authored seven books, including "The Upside of Down Times: Discovering the Power of Gratitude." She is the founder of an organization called Grategy®, which teaches individuals and businesses how to build a gratitude strategy.

The program is part of the “Learning for Life” lecture series being offered this year by Westshore Campus. Sessions will explore topics such as health and wellness, personal finance, and arts and culture.

The free series offers evening lectures and afternoon brown bag lunch discussions at Westshore Campus and Corporate College® West in Westlake.
