The Ranger Boy's XC Team dodged the inclement weather two weeks in a row, they could not dodge the infamous 'HILL' at Forest Hill Park in Cleveland Heights. One of the toughest terrains for a cross country course in Ohio, the McDonough Invite lived up to it storied reputation! No golf cart for a pace car here....only a tractor could traverse that terrain!

The Lakewood Boys Varsity Team finished 1st with 61pts in the 16 team field, ahead of Howland 64pts, the reigning team champion 5 years running. North Royalton 106pts and Westlake 109pts rounded out the top 4 teams.

Leading the Rangers with his 3rd place finish was Jr. Henry Bish. Rounding out the top five scorers for the Rangers were, Jr. Ty'Saun Blevins 9th, Jr. Micah Swartz 12th, So. Joe Burtzlaff 18th, and Sr. Jacob Gregory 19th.

Both Bish and Blevins had key finishes. Each of them out kicking a Howland runner for the Lakewood Team win.

The Lakewood Boys JV Team ran well on the rugged course finishing 4th (106pts) behind St. Ignatius, who sent their 'C' 1st (27pts) and 'D' 2nd (67pts) teams to McDonough and 3rd place Mayfield (69pts) in the 16 team field.
