Clay Monster Magnets
For students in sixth through twelfth grade

This is a two-day program to make sure you can attend both days! Participants will use polymer clay, paint, magnets, and other objects to create crazy, creepy creatures. Registration required.

Saturday, October 3 – Sunday, October 4, 7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. in the Main Library Multipurpose Room.

Lakewood Lego® League
For youth in kindergarten through fifth grade (caregivers welcome)

Use LPL’s collection of Lego®Bricks and your own imagination to create fabulous new structures and designs each month. No registration, but numbered tickets will be given out first-come, first-served.

Sunday, October 11, 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. in the Main Library Activity Room.

Family Weekend Wonders

Make the Library a part of your family weekend time with programs featuring stories, activities, music and crafts. These free programs are offered every weekend throughout the year at both the Main Library and Madison Branch. No registration is needed. Wee Ones Drop-In Story Time
For families with children under 2 years old

Spend a part of your family weekend time clapping your hands, tapping your feet, singing nursery rhymes and, of course, sharing books. No need to register in advance.
