August Art Showcase At The Root Cafe
Artist and Cleveland native, Mata Zeigler, will showcase her work at The Root Cafe for the month of August. The Root Cafe, located at 15118 Detroit Ave., has been a space for local artists to share their work with the community for the past seven years and continues to open its doors to the thriving art scene of greater Cleveland.
Mata’s impressionist paintings combine her eye for color and design from years of art classes and a career as an accomplished floral designer. “I have always loved the arts and my fondest memories were those as a child working in the gardens with my mother,” Mata said. “People choose their medium by their personalities, mine being bold, bright, and permanent as oil paint.”
The vibrant display will draw you in with every detailed stroke. “Painting is my meditation and a beautiful way to escape back into the gardens,” said Mata. Don’t miss the chance to experience this energetic showcase and meet Mata Zeigler on August 11th at 6:30 p.m. at The Root Cafe.
