St. Edward "Night at the Nest" 8/20/16
St. Edward welcomed the Class of 2020 at the 7th Annual "Night at the Nest". This overnight event allows the incoming class to meet and bond through a wide variety of fun activities. The Class of 2020 has 270 members, the largest incoming class in well over a decade.

The event featured 38 different "stations" throughout the school grounds, each with a different activity. Groups of freshmen rotated among the stations throughout the evening.

Each freshmen had a chance to face Mr. Stemm with a variety of nerf-style "weapons".

Each station had a different challenge..the kids could earn points for their group by competing in the various activities.

If hit on the leg, a competitor had to "take a knee" to simulate losing a limb.

Another station involved trying field goals on the football field.

There was even an old-fashioned "bell-ringing" carnival game.
