Bullock's War On Crime Takes Break For Art And Divine Intervention.
Lakewood Councilman for Ward 2, ran almost entirely on a platform that he would stop crime in the Ward. Well last week we found out that the War On Crime, took a break so that Tommy could build street cred, and a museum to art and divine intervention. As the Tom Bulloock grafitti appeared in the Scene Magazine article written by Michael Gill. In the article Councilman Bullock who ran almost entirely on the platform of fighting crime, was quoted as saying that at least this "street artist" knew and understood politics. He also bragged that he has added it to his "facebook" page. How kool!
-
Yeah, well what about the rest of the kool "street artists" in his ward? Why are they going unnoticed? Why are they not hoisted up on pedestal? While I give Michael Gill full props for letting the politican hang themselves, I wished he had used the entire image so that the other grafitti artists would know, LAKEWOOD LOVES STREET ARTISTS. So much for crime on da streetz.

Hey what about this side. The building this was recently purchased by 5-Guys Burgers at a price of $600,000 as they wanted to invest in Lakewood, and have their coprate offices here. Hey councilman, maybe they could get your artists friends to do the inside too!
-
Maybe your roving art district street buddies could do 5-Guys' cars like this one right across the street from your portrait? Dat would be da bomb!
-
Or the steps, like this piece 40 steps away.
-
Or do a repaint on this repaint after it is repainted by some building owner that is not as down to art as you. Possibly even citied by the building department, like they used to do, to FIGHT grafitti!
-
If you look left you can still see the councilman's' portrait from here.
-
Entry level street canvass, no big deal, just a dumpster that costs $10,000 dollars.
-
Hey no man itz kool, look at dis one.
-
I guess this means, Councilman Bullock is down with Turtles, or maybe as slow as one.
-
ART HATER! This long time Lakewood business owner might be an art hater. Doesn't he know that after 30 years in business in Lakewood he is supposed to frame it and put it on his facebook page. Duhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
-
Another $2 million dollar canvas getting ready for Facebook!
-
Hey look a wood installation for my facebook page.

Is that a TB?
