Today at 4:30 pm Judge Patrick Carroll had the pleasure of presiding over the wedding of Dan Slife(Lakewood Observer/Lakewood Public Library) and Natalie Shiekh(The Root Café/Lion and Blue).
What makes this particularly nice for me is that it I convinced shy Dan Slife to ask her out.
Congratulations to the happy couple and their parents.
Photos will be posted after the couple gets to see them first.

Perhaps a new avenue for Jim - matchmaker.
However, I know that Jim would have steared my wife away from meeting me if he had the chance way back then. He would have chalked it up to community service and doing her a great favor.

I am sure I am breaking no agreement by sharing this outtake... Simply titled "The Parents!" .
