Cupcake fans: LaBella Cupcakes is setting up a storefront in Lakewood! They have developed a cult following, but up until now, have been an online-only, delivery business. They are moving quickly on opening a location in Lakewood: Electricity will be turned on tomorrow, phone will be installed Thursday. Scheduled opening is around October 1. http://www.labellacupcakes.com

LaBella on the Channel 5 news this evening. Good to see this new local business getting the TV coverage. And I'm grateful to see another local eatery that provides an option for those of us who have to eat gluten free.
