Can we stock it with fish?
Fishing is a form of recreation, so Team Summers would finally have its "Rec Center".

And in the winter, an ice rink!

Think of the crowds!

And, if anyone twists an ankle all they would have to do is hobble across the street to the new urgent care (at emergency room prices, yay!)
