Between 50 and 80 hairs a day is normal. More than that can be noticed. Grief, depressed, and fear are emotions that can be related to hair loss. Combat this with eating healthy, enough sleep and add things to your life that give you a sense of happiness. It is also if your hair style allows for , brushing out the detached hair so the don't become hurting tangles. Brush starting from the ends for the hair then the middle of the hair shaft then add from scalp to ends. This should feel good as there is a nerve attached to every hair on your head. This helps to keep hair clean too between shampooing. If braided or sprayed into a style that you do not want to brush out use your finger tips to press in a circular motion around the entire hair line for a relaxing massage.

Bonnie

Thanks for posting, you know more about hair than 99.9% of Lakewood, and your constant dedication to Lakewoodites hair and styling at Carabel Salon, is appreciated as much as your support of this project.

Thank you.
