Have you checked your push-up form lately? Well, if you’re not working with a qualified trainer, I still don’t want you getting injured. Proper form will give you the best results. Make sure your head is not reaching the ground before your chest. Squeeze your butt muscles and bring your elbows more alongside the body (like if you were pushing a large appliance across the room). This technique is true for both kids (age 10+) and adults.
