How much water should you drink? It is recommended that we consume 1/2 our weight in ounces of water daily (and more if we exercise). I hope you're drinking more!
The only time too much water becomes dangerous is during endurance sports (i.e. marathon running). At that point you need to take in some nutrients to replenish those vital electrolytes that too much water and sweat flush out of your body.
