The new hoe on Plover

Postby Amy Bennett » Sun Jul 22, 2007 4:47 pm

My husband accompanied me to Plover for my Sunday duties, and noted with much disdain that we did not have a hoe in our tool pile. He promptly bought one and hoed up a storm. He found a marker and marked it LEAF. We now have a hoe.

The tomatoes are laden with fruit. They look fantastic. Lynn, what is the watermellon looking stuff in the fence? It looks really huge and healthy too. The cherry tomatoes are starting to ripen. DELICIOUS!!!

When whoever goes to water, you might want to pinch the tops of the basil plants that are starting to flower. It will be a yummy thing for you and the plants will get more bushy.

I hope everyone is happy and healthy.

Amy
