But there are some new babies in Lakewood courtesy of All Dogs' Heaven. We were asked to take in a few pups and a momma and of course, we could not say no. Here are our newest fosters looking for homes. They will be spayed/neutered before going home along with being vet checked, given vaccines and the medicines to get rid of worms. ewwww....LOL.
Baby boy 1 he is 8 weeks old, and is just so sweet. He came to us with his siblings and momma when he was just 24 hours old. They were born in the pound.
Baby boy 2 the brother, he loves to snuggle with people and enjoys being with someone. He is a lover
The one and only baby girl who is very sweet and playful and will let you know that she is the boss!!!
Here is the momma of the pups. Probably one of the sweetest most gentle dogs I have had in rescue. A true gem.
And now for Blondie. What a tragic story she has. She is a 2 year old Chihuahua. She came to us from a meth lab bust, and she is pregnant. The owner of Blondie admitted she bred her for the money to continue with her meth lab. This is Blondie's 3rd pregnancy. She is so sweet and so shy and has no idea what is going on. She is infested with fleas, which we took care of, and is just a nervous nelly. She goes to the vet tomorrow for a full exam and to find out about the babies.
