Fixing Leaded Glass Windows
I have leaded glass windows in my foyer. Several years ago the glass began to separate in one of the windows so I had someone reset the glass. Now, the same problem has arisen in the same window. Does anyone know someone who can set leaded glass properly? If so, a reference would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Thank you Glenn!
I'll report back once the work is done. As an aside, do you know whether any of these companies have Lakewood residents. That will be my tie breaker.
Thanks again!

Matthew...have you tried any of the references yet?
Dee,
I'm glad you came across this question also because I completely forgot about this project with the school board election. I will call them and report back next week. Thanks for the reminder!

Dee,
I was only able to get a hold of Whitney Stained Glass Studios. I left a message for the other two. Still waiting to hear back from them.
Whitney Stained Glass Studios is having me take several photos and send them in via email. I guess this is a busy time of the year. Whitney Stained Glass Studios was very pleasant over the telephone. I'll let you know what the quotes are when they come in.

I took a pic of my window, but I have yet to get an estimate.
Everything was falling apart because the glass was too tight in the sash was leaving no room for expansion.
Dupuis went about rerouting the sash 1/8 inches on all sides, as well as stripping, primming and finishing the exterior. She also switched bevel side from exterior to interior. Stronger led was used and saddle bars were added.
It was a complete start over. The window looks wonderful ... at a cost of $562.
