40 Foot Extension Ladder Free To A Good Home

I have a 40 foot extension ladder I would like to get rid of. I believe it has a 250 duty rating, but the rope is broken that hoists up the extension. If you want it and can pick it up it is yours. Painting companies/contractors/homeowners, any takers are welcome. First to PM me gets the beast.
