Jeep turning left onto Highland Ave. (South W117) lost control and destroyed the shelter.
It was indeed lucky that no one was hurt. People coming home from parade. Twist Social Club two storefronts away partying hard.
West 117/Highland Avenue was closed while the debris was cleaned up and car towed away.
Should be opened by 7pm.
