Congratulations to Jill Vedaa of Salt restaurant as she has once again taken herself and the restaurant deep into the running for one of the most prestigious awards in all of food, The James Beard Awards. Best Chef, "Great Lakes Region. One of only two restaurants in the semi-finals, the other is Jose Salazar, Mita’s, in Cincinnati.
