What a novel approach!

A NATIONAL developer PAYS market value for 3 acre parcel in Ohio City and plans mixed use development.

Too bad Lakewood can’t get a deal like that.

Well this city seems to deal only with friends, so I am thinking no wealthy friends?

It becomes a viscous treadmill when an elected official has to pay people to be their friends.
