I have had several street corner conversations where Lakewood residents have expressed concern about the number of homes for sale in Lakewood.
I've explained that it is my understanding from talking to real estate professionals that it is truly a buyer's market throughout greater Cleveland.
To follow up I just checked Realtor.com and found the following:
Properties for sale--Lakewood: 591
North Olmsted: 227
Euclid: 708
Cleveland Hts.: 1183
North Olmsted is about half Lakewood's size...Euclid and Cleveland Hts. about the same size.
As both Euclid and Cleveland Hts. are considerably higher than Lakewood, as is often the case, these observations need to be kept in the context of other area communities.

Thanks for the update.
Homes in my area have been selling, as others come online.
A realtor friend mentioned that the entire area is a buyers market, but that she could not give a Fairview Park home away.
FWIW
