As the warmer season approaches, this questions seems to be nagging me more and more. So Chef, what would you do for a Klondike Bar?

I don't really like them...I mean if someone wanted to give me one, I'd probably share it with Guinness.....But I'm more of a Rosatti's Higee Malt or Mitchell's Rocky Road kinda guy.
