Nothing better than a good thick hot chowder when the snow flies in Cleveland!

Of course, any recipe based on Rachel Ray should be good. (Remind me to tell you the story of how I was once THIS CLOSE to having dinner with her).

I'll bet that lobster, chopped clams or even a good solid white fish (cod or the like) would be a good substitute...

For those who don't like seafood, a grilled chicken breast would be nice...

Although I'm not a fan of RR at all (Bourdain has a few choice words for her), this recipe is pretty good...
