Bluegrass and Americana Music Workshop with Thor Platter

Come learn to play that classic American "high lonesome sound!" Bluegrass, and traditional/American music are some of this country's most unique and original contributions to the world of music. This interactive workshop, led by popular singer and guitarist, Thor Platter, will focus on repertoire, style, song arranging, and performing in the classic Bluegrass style, as well as some modern takes on the genre. Open to both beginners and those with more playing experience. This workshop is ideal for vocals, guitar, fiddle, mandolin, banjo, and bass, although any instrument is welcome.

Date: Saturday, April 11
Time: 2 to 4 pm
