LAID BARE: Nowlin Played Politics w/ Healthcare--Deceived Courts to Favor Summers/CCF over Metro and LKWD Lives

Read this letter authored by Candidate Ryan Nowlin back in 2015 and ask yourselves the following questions:
1. In 2015, Nowlin and the City had engaged high priced Thompson Hine lawyers to help them navigate the healthcare debacle--why did domestic relations lawyer Nowlin author such an ill-conceived and insulting letter to Metro and make it immediately public?
2. Why did Nowlin treat CCF and Metro so differently-- while Nowlin was meeting is secret session concerning the backroom CCF deal, was he grandstanding in public to help Summers's political campaign at the expense of lives and the health and welfare of Lakewood residents?
3. Nowlin wrote of his "obligation" as a community steward to review proposals, but what about his duty to engage in an open and lawful process to invite ALL suitors to the city?
4. Was Nowlin's short 5 day period a reasonable time frame to impose upon Metro, when they gave CCF 5 years?
5. Finally, Nowlin's lawyers in Skindell v. Madison claimed that they had to deal with the negotiations in secret due to the Graham/Devito case---but Nowlin follwed a public grandstanding strategy with Metro--Isn't that an effort to deceive the court's?
Consider Summers' email to his campaign manager when Nowlin's letter had the desired effect of turning Metro away:
"This should help us." "Us" means Summers and his political campaign with Jay Foran's wife--who also worked with Lakewood Schools?
So Nowlin (who was earlier in May, 2015 implicated in an ethics inquiry) played politics with lives and healthcare of Lakewood residents to help Summers get re-elected, help CCF make profit and help his own interests at our expense.
