LAID BARE:Butler, et al Snookered Anderson on Executive Sessions & Thompson Hine?

What: A heavily redacted public record dated March 31, 2015 just released August 16, 2017.
What are Butler and Anderson still hiding about their March 31, 2015 email chat?
In the March 31, 2015 email, Anderson complains that he's "way behind in understanding" and would have liked to have met with Thompson Hine (after he learned that Summers, Pae, SIley and Madigan met with Thompson Hine behind his back).
Thompson Hine was supposed to be legal counsel for City Council, but that turned out to be a lie----Anderson knew it but did nothing to stop it.
The newly released record provided more context to the following April 6, 2015 COW recording and provides the following take aways:
1. At the 30 minute mark, Anderson complains about executive being called to "Review the LOI" when in fact it was to discuss the Thompson Hine engagement that Anderson says could have been done openly---So Anderson believed the general reason given to go into executive sessions, i.e. to discuss he LOI, was a pretext to discuss other matters in executive sessions that were not legal, but he has written on the Deck (likely waiving attorney client privilege) that Thompson Hine said this was all somehow kosher.
2. At the 28 minute mark, Butler says Council can always "report back" to the public about what was discussed in executive sessions---If so, why hasn't anyone on Council reported back on what happened in the 20+ executive sessions--most of which occurred two years ago?
3. Madigan claimed that Thompson Hine was to be "legal counsel for City Council" but then admitted that she, Summers, Pae, and SIley all met with Thompson Hine behind the backs of other Council members prior to meeting with council.

Now exactly, who was Thompson Hine representing anyway?
