Crafty Goodness Now Open, Posts March Art/Craft Classes

Postby Matt Orgovan » Tue Mar 08, 2011 12:28 pm

Madison Avenue's Crafty Goodness, Lakewood's newest retail shop, opened its doors to the public on March 5th. So far, the reception has been unbelievable! The residents of Lakewood have already begun to embrace this shop, which only carries 100% locally-made, handcrafted goods.

Items available at the store include: baby clothing and accessories, figurines, plush, bath and body products, soaps, cosmetics, jewelry, pottery, housewares, clothing, belts, clocks, knitting accessories, fine art, lamps, vases, beer steins, pet supplies, magnets, keepsakes...and much more!

In addition to offering locally-made goods and a fine art gallery, Crafty Goodness also offers a variety of art and craft-related classes, the majority of which are of a make and take nature. A PDF file of March's class offerings is attached to this post.

The shop’s three-pronged approach, succinctly captured in their “See. Shop. Learn.” tagline, differentiates Crafty Goodness from other small shops in Northeast Ohio. Owners Chris Sorensen and Joanna and Matthew Orgovan are committed to providing an affordable alternative to big-box retail chains…a place where consumers can see what their neighbors created.

For more information, visit the store in person at 15621 Madison Avenue, or online at http://www.craftygoodnesscleveland.com.
