This could be a book unto itself. Again the slaughter. Look at the Corridor Shuttles and you can see all you need to see about RTA. The gold leaf painting, to make the horizontal Clinic elevator so nice and comfortable. Why they take you from The Clinic to Medical Mart and back in style

However Cleveland has no leadership, no plan, no vision. However many groups within Cleveland do, and some are quite breathtaking.
