Opening:
The seventh meeting of the Lakewood is Art organization was called to order at 12:15 pm on February 16, 2008 at Bela Dubby, Lakewood by Ruth Koenigsmark.
Present:

Barbara Michel, Marketing/PR Director
Christine Kazimer, Secretary

Meeting Minutes:
Review and approval of meeting minutes from 01/19/08: Ruth Koenigsmark called for approval of the January 19th minutes. Barb Michel brought up revision needed; minutes were approved with revision.

Lakewood ArtWalk: Barb and Ruth would be meeting this week with Justine and Rich from Pop Shop to discuss upcoming Lakewood ArtWalk scheduled in May. Actual date not decided yet. Discussed possible timeframe of the Art Walk of 1:00-8:00pm or 11:00am – 7:00pm or 11:00am – 6:00pm. LIA is to help coordinate artists. It was suggested we do T-shirts for this event with the LIA logo and that we should have a “boothâ€
