Good afternoon.
Due to a number of conflicts, we need to change our meeting dates to THURSDAYS.ā
Please note that the general meeting originally scheduled for tonight has been changed. However, the communications subcommittee will be meeting tonight (Tuesday) at the EinhouseĆs home at 7:30p.
The next general meeting of Raise the Roof will be this Thursday, April 7th from 7p-8p in the East Cafeteria. These meetings are intended as an opportunity for new volunteers to join our effort, for subcommittees to report-in, and to problem solve, etc. Questions?? Contact Teresa in the alumni office at 529.4033.

Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. Thanks for all of your hard work! This is shaping up to be an awesome event.
FYI: WeĆve secured more than $25,000 in sponsorships to date and have begun soliciting advertisers for the program booklet.

Please email and let us know your availability to help with:
Ad sales: Folks to help with follow-up phone calls
Event day staff: Help needed in the morning (Set-up, Breakfast in the Park & Road Rally) and in the afternoon/evening (Site security, take down, etc.)ā

Good afternoon, everyone!
Planning is well underway for this exciting event on June 4th! Just a couple of quick notes/requests:
TENTS: If you have a tent/canopy suitable for our informational displays, etc. that you would be willing to loan on June 4th, please contact me with the dimensions of the tent/canopy. We are particularly in need of 10x20 & 10x10 canopies, preferably with sides. Thanks!
SPONSORSHIPS/ADVERTISING: WeĆre nearly half-way to our fundraising goal of $50,000 to make this a top-notch event. If your business, or someone you are in touch with, has a service to donate to our event, please contact me ASAP. Also, weĆll be selling advertising in a high-quality, commemorative program booklet. If youĆd like to help with this effort, send me an email and IĆll put you in touch with the team that is handling this effort.
Finally, I am attaching a copy of the event logo, designed by LHS alumna Luanne Stewart. It is awesome!! We thank her so much for generously donating her talents to our efforts.
Thanks for your enthusiasm. Future emails will detail specific areas where we need volunteer assistance, both now and on the day of the event. Consider what youĆd like to do to lend a hand!!
