Día de Muertos (Day of the Dead)

Free and open to all. A vibrant cultural celebration for the whole family, the annual “Day of the Dead” honors the memory of those who have passed and is a treasured holiday in Mexico and throughout Central America. Activities include indoor and outdoor art installations, Latin food, live music, performances and a colorful “Skulls & Skeletons” procession. Presented by Cleveland Public Theatre and Artistas Latinos Unidos.

Red Cross Blood Drive

Pumpkin Palooza
1:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Celebrate "Make a Difference Day" by bringing your family to the annual Lakewood favorite- Pumpkin Palooza, featuring carnival games, crafts, stories, costume parade (no masks, please), the Harvest Moon Café, the Horace Mann Choir, the Haunted Stage, and of course, the Great Pumpkin Patch. You can purchase raffle tickets to win a one-of-a-kind pumpkin decorated by a local artist or purchase one from our guest pumpkin carver. Please bring a non-perishable food item that will be donated to the Lakewood Community Services Center and Lakewood Charitable Assistance Corporation. Proceeds from Palooza will benefit these two local hunger-relief organizations.
