CAGG Members
Have you made the most of the research opportunities on the 2nd floor of the library? Do you know about the wide range of periodicals, city directories, and newspapers available here? Have you ever used a ScanPro microfilm reader? If not, let CAGG members guide you through the collection with suggestions of how to use them.

Members and guests should meet downstairs in room A for the business meeting and upcoming events. We'll then make our way to the second floor, members will be divided in smaller groups and given handouts.

See tips for using spreadsheets in general and genealogy applications. Bring your questions on how to do that puzzling thing or ask why your last try didn't work. Steve has extensive experience with spreadsheets and looks forward to helping.

Reiki Level 2 Class ~'~ Loving Hands Reiki
10:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Deepen your understanding of the Reiki energy, and your relationship with it. You will become “attuned” to the next level of Universal healing energy and learn sacred reiki treatment that help strengthen your intentions for treating yourself, other people and your pets. You will also learn how to give Reiki treatments from a distance – physical distance as well as time distance (healing the past and supporting the future).
(Classes also available by appointment)

We will also discuss intuitive and shamanic healing methods, and how to incorporate pendulums, crystals and aromatherapy into your treatments. This class is taught in the traditional Usui method. Please bring a brown bag lunch.

Prerequisite: Level 1 Reiki training from an accredited Master Teacher at least 6 months prior*, with many hours of self-treatment practice. If your goal is to also treat other people and/or animals, you need many hours of practice with that also. (* Exceptions to the 6 month waiting period can be made in some cases. Please call to discuss.)

Cost: $150 per person ($50 deposit due one week prior to class to reserve your space)

Level 2 Refresher Course
If you have been trained and attuned by another accredited Master Teacher in the past and would like to take a refresher course, you are welcome to sit in on a class and receive the handout materials. If you wish to be re-attuned, the cost would be the same as the regular class.

Cost: $100 per person (no re-attunement), $50 deposit due one week prior to reserve your space

Rocky River Chamber Music Society Children's Concert

Rocky River Chamber Music Society's biennial children's concert features Factory Seconds Brass Trio in an hour of music, storytelling, and audience participation. The concert highlights French composer Francis Poulenc's "Sonata for Horn, Trumpet, and Trombone." The Trio is composed of The Cleveland Orchestra's second chair brass players Jack Sutte, trumpet; Jesse McCormick, horn; and Richard Stout, trombone. This concert is appropriate for the young (3+) and the young at heart. Bring It On The Musical

Beck Center and Baldwin Wallace Music Theatre Program team up in 2017 with Bring It On The Musical, the 2013 Tony Award nominee for Best Musical. Bitingly relevant and sprinkled with sass, this movie-based-musical takes audiences on a high-flying journey filled with the complexities of friendship, jealousy, betrayal, and forgiveness. Campbell’s dream senior year becomes a nightmare when redistricting forces her to attend the less-than-spirited Jackson High School. After struggling to fit in, she joins forces with the headstrong Danielle to set the cheerleading world on fire. With a renewed spirit and a powerhouse squad they take on their school rivals at the National Championships to see who can Bring It On!
