The program offers a monthly arts enrichment session to engage individuals affected by dementia along with their care partner (spouse, child, caregiver). Each session provides hands-on experiences in visual arts, music, and storytelling. Learn how art and imagination fuel the mind at any point on life's journey. Provided by the Carolyn L. Lyceum Series: Kristin Ohlson: The Soil Will Save Us
7:00 PM - 8:30 PM
A freelance journalist, author, essayist and fiction writer, Kristin Ohlson’s book The Soil Will Save Us waxes eloquently about the ground beneath our feet, unfolding a narrative on how soil health directly impacts science, farming, food, and environmentalism. She will discuss her findings on this critical subject and inspire people to take steps to revitalize a resource that most take for granted.

This program is co-sponsored by Countryside Conservancy.

The Lyceum Series is a January-to-April lecture series with one program each month. Presented by the Conservancy for Cuyahoga Valley National Park; Conservancy members can purchase all four lectures for $20!

Admission: $6 adults, $3 children ages 3 – 12; Program starts at 7 pm; doors open at 6 pm

Written by the Tony nominated Conor McPherson, this haunting play begins when a guilt-ridden man reaches out to his therapist after seeing the ghost of his recently deceased wife. Wrestling with his own demons, the therapist can only do so much to help. Their sessions soon become a gripping struggle to survive through parallel journeys of self-discovery. Rated PG-13.
