Foster/Adoptive Parents Community Information Session

Interested in learning more about becoming a foster or adoptive parent? Check out one of our Community Information Sessions! Staff from the Lakewood Area Collaborative Family to Family program will be on-site to answer questions, provide support and guidance, and offer materials related to becoming a foster or adoptive parent.

The Lakewood Area Collaborative Family to Family program is part of the City of Lakewood's Department of Human Services Division of Youth office. We work in partnership with Cuyahoga County Division of Children and Family Services to recruit foster and adoptive families for children in need of stable, safe, and loving homes.

DINNER AND CONCERT
5:30 PM - 9:00 PM
College Club West will host a Dinner and Concert Party on November 10th at 5:30-9:00 PM at the Georgetown Restaurant/Vosh Lakewood, 18515 Detroit Ave and Riverside Dr., (Entrance off Riverside for parking)
Dinner at 5:30 PM in private dinning room (Cash bar
available at 5:00 PM at discount prices)
Menu choices: Parmesan Crusted Chicken, Seared Salmon or New York Strip Steak. Served with roasted potato, mixed vegetables, salad, rolls, beverages and a brownie for dessert.
Entertainment: The Dan Zola Orchestra at Vosh Lakewood
Cost $45.00 for dinner and entertainment
Reservation are due by November 3rd and must include
payment, dinner choices and guest names.
Make checks payable to Colllege Club West and mail to Karen Farmer, 87 Community Drive, Avon Lake, Ohio 44012. No late reservations can be accepted
