The Farmers’ Table

The Farmers' Table is coming to northeast Ohio this year! Join the Ohio Ecological Food and Farm Association (OEFFA), organic farmers Jake and Dawn Trethewey of Maplestar Farm, and their long-time restaurant partners, The Driftwood Group, for a unique farm to table experience that celebrates Ohio farms and flavors. Guests will tour Maplestar's organic fields and sample carefully crafted hors d'oeuvres before sitting down to an exciting four course meal prepared by Erik Martinez, Executive Chef at Cibreo, featuring wine pairings. The menu will be rooted in organic vegetables from Maplestar Farm with tasteful snout-to-tail accents from a pastured hog provided by Tea Hills Farms. All proceeds will support OEFFA’s ongoing work to grow Ohio’s sustainable and organic agriculture movement. Save your seat at the table!
Tickets cost $125 and include a tour of the farm, hors d’oeuvres, a four course meal, and all drinks.
